PERFORMING AREA:

The presentation area is ideally 20 feet wide and 12 feet deep.  Please have the stage clean.  Please avoid having artwork, sets, props or music instruments in view behind performance area.  A neutral and dark background is best.

The audience must not be seated viewing the stage from the direct sides.

LIGHTING:

The proscenium lighting must be a brilliant even wash, covering 20 feet wide.  Compliment with lekos in anti-pro trees and fresnels on 1st and 2nd Electrics if available.

SOUND:

Please provide a sound system adequate for the size of the room with a CD player and mic with stand.  Also, please provide a technician to operate the CD player during the program.

NO LIVE VIDEO PROJECTION DURING PERFORMANCE.

TECHNICAL REHEARSAL:

Please arrange for Cary 90 minutes with sound and lighting technicians (uninterrupted, private rehearsal) prior to performance.
